In view of the current development regarding the coronavirus and COVID-19 is the FILMLAND MV gGmbH, which is responsible for the planning and realisation of the FILMKUNSTFEST MV, in constant exchange with the responsible authorities of the city of Schwerin, but also with the state government. For the festival management and the team, the safety of the festival visitors and staff is the first priority. That is why we take the situation very seriously and conduct daily situation meetings and risk assessments. Preparations are currently underway for the 30. FILMKUNSTFEST MV, which will take place from 5-10. May 2020. Accordingly, it does not fall under the current decree of the Ministry of Health of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania on a ban on events with more than 1,000 expected participants, which was issued up to and including the 19th of April 2020. We inform our guests, partners and sponsors immediately if there are any changes to the plans in discussions with the authorities.
